The challenge of making this box was getting the die cut right. If the die cut was not done right, the box simply wouldn't fold properly and the whole print job would go to waste.

The color scheme of this box design is black and blue. Without a coat varnish, this printed box would be a disaster waiting to happen - when stacked up, without the varnish, the friction between the boxes will cause the cardboard to smudge and sand off the black ink, and the product packages will look abused and undesirable.
