This was an interesting logo to make because the company name did not suggest anything that could be easily represented by any popular iconic graphics. The client gave me some background of the origin of the company name: "The name Citrenesys is based on the stone citrine – like adding ‘sys’ to citrine. We changed the i in the middle to an e. This is one of the few minerals on the planet believed to not hold and accumulate negative energy, but to be able to dissipate and transmute it, which in turn gives it the ability to work out problems on both physical and subtle levels."

I didn't think a simple graphic can incorporate so much abstract information so I my first approach was to make something simple. The first submission was accepted, to my surprise.
