Your egg farm has just been modernized! A huge egg sorting machine has beeb installed and it is capable of sorting eggs of different sizes, telling whether they are fertilized, and even more wonderful - finding out which eggs are golden eggs!

"Golden Egg" is a 3x3 multi-line touch-screen slots machine featuring a pachinko style bonus game. I was responsible for designing the game and creating the graphics and animation.

There are a total of eight slot symbols in the game, and the player can bet up to a total of eight lines, and each line accepts up to 10 credits for betting.

BELOW: A bucket filled with eggs represents the total bet of each game - the more bets, the more eggs get piled up in the bucket. When the player hits the "Spin" button, the bucket will enter the egg sorting machine through a conveyor belt. The sorting is the "spinning of the reels".

ABOVE: The smaller wins are three identical "small", "medium" and "large" eggs in a row. Occasional surprise free credits and bonus games are rewarded to the player to keep the game more spontaneous and addicting. Instant Win icon pops up once in a while, and if the player gets three fertilized egg icons in a row, the game will switch to "Pick A Chick" bonus game mode.

ABOVE: "Pick A Chick" is a very simple bonus game; All the player needs to do is select a box, and the bonus multiplier will reveal. The biggest multiplier is 50x the player's bet for that round of game.

ABOVE: Every time the player gets three identical eggs in a row, an egg of the corresponding size will roll out of the sorting machine and lands into an egg coop. Whenever the egg coop is filled up, the player will get a chance to play the bigger bonus game called "Egg-In-A-Basket".

Egg-In-A-Basket is designed to look like an electronic pachinko toy. The player pushes the Drop Egg button to see where the egg dropping from the top lands into which particular basket. Each basket has a different winning amount. To make the game more interactive, the player can shift the winning credits from basket to basket by pushing the "Shift Credits" button before he hits the Drop Egg button.
