Quiz game and word puzzle games such as crosswords can cause a lot of trouble to a game developer if they are to be localized for players who do not read English. There are companies which sell quizzes and crossword data bases to other game developers, but they might not have the translations. Even if they are properly translated, text might not fit within the text area of the game, causing a lot of unwanted truncation. Therefore, extra effort, time and money are spent to ensure that the final product does not contain any surprises. See More In Part 2
